Chelsea Radgens graduated from Alma College in 2014, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in dance, English, and communication. She began dancing at the Academy of Russian Classical Ballet under the direction of Sergey Rayevskiy, and has since expanded her range of styles to include Modern, Contemporary, Jazz, Lyrical, Musical Theater, and Tap.

She attended Alma College with a Distinguished Dance Scholarship, and had her works selected for Honors Day and the Alma College Dance Company Spring Concert. At Alma College, she performed soloist roles in many ballets. She was also personally selected to be a part of two collaborative pieces between Alma College and the Tainan University of Technology in Tainan, Taiwan.

In addition to teaching dance, she also coaches the Novi Middle School Pompon team and choreographs for the Novi High School's annual Spring Musical. This is her third year teaching with Piazza, and she is so excited to inspire a love of dance in her students.
